Welcome to the 2013 Burwood Festival, the largest annual free community event in Sydney’s Inner West.
Held this year on Sunday, 22 September, there is a fabulous line-up of talent that will be on display and we invite everybody to come down and enjoy what’s on offer. The Burwood Festival reflects Burwood Council’s rich and eclectic history, with something for everyone.
Council is proud to provide ongoing support to this iconic community event, which we work at keeping free and open to all. We live in an area full of young families so we know how important it is to ensure Council provides fun-filled activities that the whole family can enjoy.
Be sure to leave the car at home this year and use public transport, walk or ride your bikes.
If you need a hand with anything, be sure to ask! We’ll be roaming around Burwood Park all day making sure everyone is having the best time possible.
